Is AirBoard a website?+

No. AirBoard is a desktop product for macOS and Windows. This site explains the platform, publishes verified documentation and will distribute trusted installers.

How does mechanical access work?+

A mechanic works inside an aircraft-specific workstation. Defects, photos, work orders, components, suppliers and usage counters remain connected; technical approval remains a separate permission.

Does AI change maintenance records?+

No. Extraction and advice are proposals. A named human accepts, corrects or rejects them; AirBoard records feedback metadata and never grants release-to-service authority.

How are tyre and component reminders calculated?+

The administrator or authorized technical user records the applicable hours, cycles, landings or calendar limit. AirBoard compares that approved baseline with reconciled aircraft usage and raises graded reminders.

Can AirBoard track our aircraft live?+

Yes after the airline adds its licensed FlightAware AeroAPI credential inside the encrypted administrator connector screen. AirBoard queries only registrations saved in that company fleet. Track, altitude and groundspeed combine with an approved wind source and the tail profile to estimate fuel; approved actual fuel remains a separate reconciliation.

Who can see salaries and office costs?+

Only the owner/administrator and explicitly delegated roles. Salaries, charges, rent, electricity, vehicles, phones, insurance and custom costs are protected separately from ordinary operational access.

What does the license cost?+

The planned commercial model is €199 per company per year plus €19.99 per named active user each month. Installations inside the licensed company are free; access is licensed per active person, not silently per device.

Are the desktop downloads trusted production installers?+

No. The currently downloadable packages are clearly labelled QA evaluation builds. The macOS package is ad-hoc signed but not Apple-notarized. The Windows x64 and ARM64 packages are unsigned portable builds. Platform warnings or refusal remain possible until publisher signing, notarization and clean-device acceptance are complete.
